КАБАЧКИ В АВТОКЛАВЕ) 2 СПОСОБА- С КЕТЧУПОМ ЧИЛИ И БЕЗ) ОДЕССКИЙ ЗАГОТОВЩИК РВЁТ СТЕРЕОТИПЫ) ОСНОВНОЕ!!! Приготовление в автоклаве- 90*С-10 минут!!! СОСТАВ РАССОЛА: На 1 л рассола( воду прокипятить): - 2 столовые ложки соли с горкой - 1 столовая ложка сахара с горкой - уксус 9%- 50 мл Кабачки вымыть, срезать окончания( корешок и заднюю часть) Кольцами нарезаем толщиной по 1,5-2 см Зелень: - укроп( можно с зонтиками- даже лучше) - перец горький( пурчик)-1/4 перца - чеснок-дольки-3-5 шт - хрен- зеленые листы( режем кусками ) - листья вишни/ дуба-2-3 шт - Лаврушка-1-2 листа - перец горошек- 5-8 шт - перец душистый- 2-3 шт РАССОЛ- 1,5 см до крышки заливаем) Крышка- автоклавная!!! Усиленная! Банки используем 1 л. Можно и 1,5 л- по желанию. КЕТЧУП ЧИЛИ 🌶️ ( если рецепт такой)- в каждую банку 1л- по 50 мл кетчупа, заливаем его сверху, потом льём на него рассол, чтобы он хорошо распределился по банке( растёкся ). Готовьте на здоровье)))) 2 рецепта- оба отличные!!!
