Свиную рульку тщательно промыть, при необходимости поскрести ножом. Проверить, чтобы на ней не осталось щетины. 2. С одной стороны сделать разрез вдоль всей рульки до кости. Аккуратно вытащить кость. 3. Мясо хорошо посолить, поперчить и натереть французской горчицей. Сверху выложить морковь 🥕 и измельченный чеснок. 4. Скрутить рулет, прилагая достаточно усилий, чтобы он получился плотным. Рулет завернуть в фольгу, а затем в пищевую пленку. 5. Варим рульку на самом маленьком огне не менее 2,5 часов. Если рулька большая, времени потребуется больше❗️ 6. Поставить на мясной рулет груз (я накрывала его разделочной доской и на неё ставила кастрюлю с водой). В таком виде оставляем рулет на пару часов, чтобы мясо в рулете уплотнилось. Так легче нарезать красивыми тонкими ломтиками. Подаем готовый рулет из рульки с горчицей, хреном или чем хотите.
