Помидоры в автоклаве-по суперрецепту!!! Процесс: Помидоры, перец болгарский , порезанный вдоль на 6 скибок, листья хрена, сельдерей, укроп с семенами(средней сухости, несухой) , Чеснок очищенный, лавровый лист, перец горошком, горький перец,листья дуба и вишни(по желанию) Все промыть хорошо, заложить все специи и листья на дно банки, сверху помидоры. Рассол: нагреваем воду до кипения, Засыпаем на 1 литр рассола-1 столовую ложку с горкой соли, 2 столовые ложки сахара. Перемешиваем до растворения. Заливаем в банку , не доливая до верха 2,5-3 см. Сверху в каждую банку заливаем 2 столовые ложки 9%-ного уксуса. Закрываем крышками автоклавными усиленными, заранее прокипяченными )) Закладываем в автоклав. Режим в автоклаве- 100*С -15 минут!!! Это очень важно!!! Выдерживать режим именно такой) И все готово!!!!
