В данном случае проблема была с ответной частью поворотно-откидной фурнитуры. На балконной двери ручка не дожималась до конца вниз. Также для ремонта металлопластикового (деревянного) окна или двери вам понадобится отрегулировать створку с поворотно-откидной фурнитурой.
