the b plots of certain episodes were00:14:56
kind of obnoxious they could range from00:14:58
cute but a little distracting to decent00:15:00

ever spend your entire life chasing a00:15:43

his primary motivator but the more00:16:23
mature he got the more time he spent as00:16:25
just a lowly furry member of the owl00:16:27
house family the more he started to00:16:29
realize that there are more important00:16:30
things in life than just being a00:16:32
horribly feared monster and when he00:16:34
ultimately does get the power he sought00:16:36
after or at least the indication that00:16:37
he'll have that power one day it's not00:16:40
something he even wants anymore and he00:16:42
confides in steve that he simply wants00:16:44
to be king clawthorne nothing more00:16:47
nothing less and i just gotta say00:16:50
masterful use of steve in this episode00:16:52
it's not only nice to see a fan favorite00:16:54
character getting some fleshing out but00:16:56
his one-dimensional character actually00:16:58
works to the story's benefit here his00:17:00
whole conflict involves sorting his life00:17:02
out after spending all his time working00:17:04
to become an emperor's coven scout and00:17:06
the fact that he's a quirky guy that00:17:08
works for the emperor is literally all00:17:10
we knew about him too so having him go00:17:12
out into the world find out things about00:17:15
himself have regrets that he didn't00:17:16
forge many relationships it's super00:17:18
effective and the way he complements00:17:20

gets hold of reign under the guise of00:17:50

an escort for luce and king to get them00:17:54
as far away from the isles as possible00:17:57
but luce overhears this exchange and she00:17:59

trying to prove her capabilities as a00:18:05

while she takes the heat from bellows00:18:29
that way even if they lose two of the00:18:31
