information some leads as to what caused00:00:36
this disappearance Ashton Forbes is a00:00:39
citizen investigative uh journalist has00:00:41
in many ways devoted his life to00:00:44
figuring out what happened here and we00:00:47
decided to invite Ashton on the show to00:00:49
present some of this new evidence00:00:51
provide some context and it seems like00:00:54
for a lot of us maybe this is a story00:00:57
that has just disappeared from our own00:00:59

remember it was a Saturday morning for00:01:11
me in the United States and we were just00:01:14
going on the air on Fox News I did the00:01:16
the weekend show Fox and Friends and my00:01:20
co-host at the time Tucker Carlson we00:01:22
were in The Green Room we were getting00:01:23
coffee we're having we're PR preparing00:01:25
for the show and we couldn't believe00:01:27
that the story had happened well the Fox00:01:29
News Alert we now know missing Malaysia00:01:31
Flight 370 was deliberately diverted and00:01:33
today the investigation turned to the00:01:35
crew and passengers aboard that plane00:01:38
all right we're back now with the Fox00:01:39
News Alert investigators are moving the00:01:41
search for that missing airplane from00:01:43
land from sea to land some uninhabited00:01:46
islands the search begins with these00:01:49
some hundreds of islands off the adaman00:01:51
and nicobar Islands how could this thing00:01:53
have evaded the radar I mean we have we00:01:55
have stealth aircraft for just such an00:01:57
occasion but you're saying there's no00:01:59
radar out there anyway it's one of those00:02:01
stories that he and I still communicate00:02:02
about many many years later and it's an00:02:05
unbelievable story and we knew at the00:02:08
time something seemed really fishy about00:02:11
the whole thing this was not just a lost00:02:13
craft something deeper was going on here00:02:16
I'm curious before we get into the00:02:17
nitty-gritty it compelled me to be so00:02:20
fascinated about this story what00:02:22
compelled you about the story to really00:02:24
dive so deeply into this I think I had a00:02:26
similar experience that you did uh 1000:02:28
years ago I've always been interested in00:02:30
uh plane incidents in general because00:02:32
I've had a fear flying my whole life00:02:34
even though I've done it a lot for my00:02:35
job and the MH370 situation was very00:02:39
unusual you could tell right away there00:02:40
was a lot of obfuscation over what was00:02:43
happening when a plane goes missing you00:02:45
would think that the information would00:02:46
be made publicly available right off the00:02:48
bat especially if there was a chance00:02:49
there might be people on a raft00:02:51
somewhere in the middle of the ocean00:02:52
looking for help and rescue but instead00:02:55
we were told that this plane disappeared00:02:57
over the South China Sea and then days00:03:00
go by and all of a sudden they go oh00:03:02
well we had radar of this plane turning00:03:04
back and flying over the peninsula of00:03:06
Malaysia and then going to the malaka00:03:08
Straits in the Andaman sea which is on00:03:09
the west coast of Malaysia and they had00:03:12
been searching in the South China Sea00:03:14
for several days so I thought this was00:03:16
very unusual I remember vividly how no00:03:18
one really knew exactly where this plane00:03:20
disappeared that if it crashed where did00:03:22
it crash um and then people uh00:03:26
criticized the Malaysian government00:03:28
heavily for their uh choices that they00:03:31
were making in terms of um potentially00:03:33
doing the wrong things not sending up00:03:35
Jets to track the plane the lack of00:03:37
information that was coming out the00:03:39
families of the victims were all00:03:40
freaking out some of them were getting00:03:42
arrested they were screaming in the00:03:44
press conferences because they knew00:03:45
something was wrong they knew they were00:03:47
being lied to out there so I was never00:03:50
comfortable with the narrative and story00:03:53
that had come out eventually this pilot00:03:55
suicide narrative began to form um about00:03:59
four or five days after the plane00:04:01
disappeared they said that this plane00:04:03
went to the nicobar islands uh andman00:04:05
sea and then took a sharp turn in the00:04:07
South Indian Ocean and flew for five or00:04:09
six hours of the South Indian Ocean and00:04:11
then supposedly crashed down there now00:04:14
the problem I always had was even before00:04:16
I saw the MH370 videos was that the00:04:19
United States government had to know00:04:20
more about what happened to this plane00:04:23
than they were leading on because we are00:04:25
the most powerful Nation on Earth we've00:04:27
got surveillance apparatus in the sky00:04:30
in the oceans radar apparatus it just00:04:33
didn't quite add up to me so that's how00:04:35
I kind of got curious about the00:04:37
situation in00:04:39
general what what organization would00:04:41
have been NORAD which would have known00:04:43
um you know the precise location of this00:04:46
craft that the United States government00:04:49
would have known specifically about that00:04:50
I remember at the time interviewing00:04:52
experts who said you know we would we00:04:53
would have we would have known where00:04:55
these craft were at all times monitoring00:04:57
these things around the world so is that00:05:00
the organization that would have been00:05:01
responsible so I've learned more about00:05:03
our surveillance apparatus than I ever00:05:05
thought I would in my entire life uh we00:05:07
have a a satellite system called cbers00:05:09
the space Bas infrared system people00:05:11
have actually been talking about it00:05:12
pretty recently now as well uh we00:05:14
uncovered everything there was to know00:05:15
about this system produced by locked00:05:17
Martin it's essentially scanning the00:05:19
globe all the time they've got six or00:05:21
seven Hubble space telescopes and00:05:23
geosynchronous orbit constantly scanning00:05:25
the Earth as well as they've00:05:26
Incorporated mid Earth orbit and low00:05:28
earth orbit sat ites into this00:05:30
constellation uh this is not as simple00:05:32
as like the movie Enemy of the State00:05:34
where you're just looking down through00:05:35
satellites anymore they have capability00:05:37
to scan basically the entire planet and00:05:39
relay that information to groundbased00:05:40
computers which can then produce what00:05:42
we've deduced to be like a Google uh00:05:45
video playback Google Earth video00:05:47
playback type situation that they have00:05:48
capability for which essentially means00:05:50
that there's no privacy at all anymore00:05:52
now the national reconnaissance office00:05:54
and the national geospace agency would00:05:56
be the ones that are primarily in charge00:05:58
of this system um but we've also found00:06:01
stuff like the Sosa system that Titan00:06:02
sub that uh popped uh down over in the00:06:06
Atlantic Ocean near the Titanic the we00:06:08
found out that there was a system there00:06:10
that they admitted that they had heard00:06:12
that Titan sub pop and they lied about00:06:14
it for five days well all the major news00:06:16
stations remember were talking about the00:06:18
oxygen and and what Happ that's a tiny00:06:20
sub that only holds four people we're00:06:22
talking about a plane on the size of a00:06:24
city block that holds up to 300 people00:06:26
crashing into the ocean that system00:06:28
should have heard uh Malayan Ain fight00:06:30
370 crash and there was acoustic systems00:06:33
as well in Diego Garcia and one off the00:06:35
coast of Australia that should have also00:06:37
heard it but then we also found about00:06:39
the radar systems so not only should00:06:41
four different countries have seen this00:06:43
plane on radar uh Thailand uh Indonesia00:06:47
India and the nicobar islands as well as00:06:49
Australia's Jordan system which is a00:06:50
very Advanced radar system they all00:06:52
should have seen it but then there's00:06:53
also three military bases a minimum that00:06:55
should have seen it there's a Coco00:06:56
Island signals intelligence base that00:06:59
the plane would flown right past uh00:07:00
Diego Garcia military base and pine Gap00:07:04
uh which is another American base in00:07:05
Australia both uh have been reported to00:07:08
have radar capabilities that could have00:07:09
tracked the plane from takeoff to00:07:11
supposedly crashing so to me this is00:07:14
just absolute proof that United States00:07:16
government knows whatever happened in00:07:18
this plane they know for sure so can you00:07:21
let's rewind it a little bit here what00:07:22
is the official narrative again we still00:07:25
don't know what caused The Disappearance00:07:27
at least officially right you could go00:07:29
on Wikipedia which is an awful website00:07:31
but the official Wikipedia entry right00:07:34
is is is sets out a certain narrative00:07:36
can you just give our audience at a high00:07:38
level where we currently stand with like00:07:40
what the official record of this crash00:07:42
or disappearance is yeah the official00:07:44
report is actually they don't know what00:07:46
happened to this plane and that's I I00:07:47
think a lot of people realize that00:07:49
because the narrative that's become the00:07:50
prevailing narrative is this idea of a00:07:52
suicidal pilot now the problem with the00:07:54
suicidal pilot narrative is there's00:07:56
actually no evidence whatsoever for a00:07:58
suicidal pilot the officials where did00:08:00
that come from where did that come I00:08:01
remember talking about this the idea00:08:03
that there was there was radio back and00:08:05
forth and him saying something like um00:08:08
goodbye good night00:08:10
MH370 people have tried to warp that to00:08:13
say that he was under stress but if you00:08:15
listen to it there there's no stress in00:08:16
his voice and that the officials have00:08:18
ruled it out the we traced it back to00:08:20
actually I believe it was a New York00:08:22
Post article by Jeff wise which is00:08:24
interesting because he's also the guy00:08:26
was featured on the Netflix documentary00:08:28
where he was vilifying blae Gibson the00:08:30
guy who supposedly found some pieces of00:08:33
the plane in Africa and uh this00:08:36
narrative after he posted it out there00:08:38
got legs people started running with it00:08:41
um but I don't think people realize that00:08:43
everybody has ruled that out the00:08:44
officials have ruled that out the wife00:08:45
supported him the co-workers supported00:08:47
him people think that there was this00:08:49
simulator data that was found FBI has00:08:51
ruled that out uh experts that actually00:08:54
I don't even agree with in general have00:08:56
ruled out the simulator data it turns00:08:58
out that that was just MH 150 from qualm00:09:01
to Jetta and he was actually scheduled00:09:03
to fly that route the next day and00:09:05
they've gone ahead and tried to you know00:09:06
the narratives out there have tried to00:09:07
say that this somehow matches the route00:09:09
that the plane took and it doesn't um00:09:11
it's just somewhat similar as it goes00:09:13
over the Andaman sea uh so there's a lot00:09:16
of misinformation out there that people00:09:18
have absorbed and and kind of now built00:09:22
into this Narrative of this pilot00:09:24
suicide but if you look at the flight00:09:26
path there's no indication of suicide00:09:28
whatsoever like if you are suicidal you00:09:30
just crash the plane you don't turn the00:09:33
plane around when it goes dark you don't00:09:35
fly to the nearest airport that you00:09:36
could go to to land a 777 you don't try00:09:39
to avoid radar flying around Indonesia00:09:42
if you're suicidal you don't care about00:09:44
any of these things um it's pretty00:09:46
clearly an emergency event situation00:09:48
just given the flight path alone maybe00:09:51
we just look at now so we have the pilot00:09:53
no00:09:54
suicide was there some other piece of00:09:58
this passengers I'm sure going through00:10:00
the flight manifest the crew members00:10:03
have have investigators have you managed00:10:05
to pull the strings on all of the the00:10:07
the pilots the other crew members the00:10:10
the passengers on board any anomalies00:10:12
stand out from the crew and passengers00:10:16
and there are actually so there's two00:10:18
different factors that I think are00:10:19
certainly at play here one is that there00:10:21
was two uh fake passengers using stolen00:10:24
passports that change their identity to00:10:27
look more like the people that were that00:10:29
they stole the passports from or they00:10:30
bought the passports from they were00:10:32
Iranian the story that's out there is00:10:35
that they were refugees that were trying00:10:37
to get to Amsterdam by somehow flying00:10:39
from qual Lampur to Beijing none of it00:10:42
really makes any sense This was um00:10:45
admitted to for about a day or two and00:10:47
then brushed under the rug and they00:10:49
never looked back at it ever again if00:10:51
you have a situation where a plane is00:10:52
flying Rogue and we don't know what00:10:54
happened to it suspects number one and00:10:56
two should be the two fake PE people00:10:58
running on fake passp on the plane I it00:11:00
blows my mind that this was just ignored00:11:03
um and then we also have 20 free scale00:11:05
semiconductor employees on board This00:11:07
Plane which is way too many and these00:11:10
were important engineers and scientists00:11:13
that were on board this plane from00:11:14
freescale semiconductors company gets00:11:16
sold the next year to nxp semiconductors00:11:19
they were connected to us Aerospace and00:11:22
defense we found a 2005 National00:11:25
Security Agency report on the com uh00:11:27
commercial emergence of room super00:11:29
conductive microchips and freescale00:11:32
semiconductors is listed nine times00:11:33
through it it even mentions that this00:11:36
technology relat to these microchips00:11:38
which are used in quantum computers00:11:39
they're used for AI Etc uh could be00:11:42
available by 2010 or 2012 but only if00:11:45
the US government were to invest money00:11:47
in it so to me I look at this and I go00:11:49
I'm already starting to think there is00:11:51
an Espionage angle here where we've got00:11:54
fake passengers running on fake00:11:56
passports that are spending tens of00:11:58
thousands of dollars uh to fly to00:12:00
Beijing which is not even on the00:12:02
direction to Europe and that we've got00:12:04
these 20 freescale semiconductor00:12:05
employees who are all sitting next to00:12:07
each other whose company should have00:12:09
been flagged because that's way too many00:12:10
people from one company on the same00:12:12
flight my company only allows us to have00:12:14
like two or three people from the same00:12:17
uh on the company on the same flight and00:12:19
some of them even had their whole00:12:20
families with them this is where I'm00:12:22
going you're flying to Beijing for a00:12:23
week you work for an American company 1200:12:25
of them are Malaysian Nationals eight of00:12:27
them are Chinese Nationals and you're00:12:29
bringing your whole family with you the00:12:31
thing it's already starting to smell a00:12:33
little bit rotten to00:12:36
me so rotten how I guess that's where we00:12:38
move into the why you know because okay00:12:42
so we have00:12:44
those two Iranians acting with fake00:12:48
passports and then you have all of these00:12:50
family members uh of this manufacturing00:12:53
and technology company on00:12:55
board why do you think that they were00:12:57
traveling together do you have you piece00:13:00
that or is it still speculation at this00:13:01
point yeah I think the narrative that00:13:03
makes the most sense given the totality00:13:06
of the evidence at this point is as I00:13:08
mentioned one of Espionage um that and I00:13:11
think that we couldn't have figured this00:13:12
out without the videos um00:13:15
because what we see Happening Here is00:13:18
potentially that we have people00:13:19
defecting to China with intellectual00:13:22
property from the American company00:13:24
perhaps China had some leverage over the00:13:26
eight freescale semiconductor employees00:13:28
that were Chinese Nationals if you look00:13:30
into free uh to semiconductors in00:13:32
general uh you will find that the stocks00:13:35
of semiconductors have skyrocketed00:13:37
especially over the last few years I00:13:38
mean just look at Nvidia over the last00:13:39
six months um so one big aspect of the00:13:43
MH370 videos is the idea of super00:13:46
conductivity room temperature superc00:13:48
conductivity in my mind this is the uh00:13:50
fundamental requirement in order for us00:13:52
to achieve anti-gravity an additional00:13:55
advanced technology that we would00:13:56
consider as high science I think that00:13:59
we've had it figured out for potentially00:14:00
decades and this company like freescale00:14:03
semiconductors I think you could call00:14:04
freescale superconductors and if if if00:14:07
they had some component like those00:14:09
microchips that was just mentioned that00:14:11
could allow for Magical technology that00:14:13
is essentially a uh super weapon00:14:16
capability type of technology that00:14:17
allows you for absolute military00:14:19
supremacy of the planet then the00:14:22
narrative here that makes the most sense00:14:23
is the United States government is00:14:24
preventing China from getting access to00:14:26
this technology because whoever controls00:14:28
this controls the world and the idea is00:14:31
that these individuals were working for00:14:32
an American company that Were Somehow00:14:34
defecting bringing this information to00:14:36
China that's I think the as hard as it00:14:38
is to believe that makes the most sense00:14:40
and if you go back to what we talked00:14:41
about right away in terms of the weird00:14:43
obis that happened right away about what00:14:46
happened with this plane and why it00:14:48
seems like a cover story was being00:14:50
developed at that point and one of the00:14:52
strongest scenarios was this idea of a00:14:54
hijacking scenario but you're old enough00:14:56
and maybe a lot of the audience are old00:14:58
enough to remember 911 in terms of this00:14:59
idea that they had a very low Tech uh00:15:02
hijack where uh people stole those00:15:05
planes and crashed them uh what have you00:15:08
this seemed much more complicated uh in00:15:10
terms of the flight path it was there00:15:11
was they didn't crash into any buildings00:15:13
that we could find um it was very it's00:15:15
very difficult to make a plane disappear00:15:17
and go dark but if it's a state actor00:15:20
pulling it off then it actually it00:15:22
becomes much more plausible even though00:15:25
it seems more like something out of a00:15:26
movie um but I think that the United00:15:28
States government00:15:29
China and potentially even Russia might00:15:31
have this type of um uh uh might be able00:15:35
to have this type of capabilities and00:15:37
then it's just a question of narrowing00:15:38
down who our suspects are so the re00:15:42
reason why we can rule out Russia I00:15:43
believe is that and I think Jeff wives00:15:45
actually the person I just mentioned was00:15:46
think that Russia actually did hijack00:15:48
the plane I don't think they are quite00:15:50
as capable as China or the United States00:15:52
are in general and we wouldn't have00:15:54
covered it up uh you the United States I00:15:56
think controls the Western media and if00:15:58
Russia had taken this plane I think we00:15:59
would have been able to pin it on them00:16:01
um so that's the main reason why I Ruled00:16:02
them out also there's a lot of radar00:16:04
systems that if this plane flew to00:16:05
Russia they would have all seen them00:16:08
China the reason why I Ruled China out00:16:10
is that they hacked the Malaysian00:16:11
government on March 9th 2014 and they00:16:15
stole the crisis meting minute notes of00:16:16
MH370 and classified information about00:16:19
the plane to me that's a strong00:16:21
indicator that they knew something was00:16:23
wrong that they knew this plane didn't00:16:24
crash because they have their own00:16:26
satellites and they wanted to know who00:16:28
took it or find out information about00:16:30
who took the plane they also released00:16:32
satellite images a few days later that00:16:34
were reported in Western media as having00:16:37
been debris in the South China Sea if00:16:40
you look at those satellite images00:16:41
you're going to see three objects in a00:16:43
triangle formation around something else00:16:45
looks very very similar to the MH37000:16:48
videos in my mind that was China sending00:16:52
a spycraft type message to the United00:16:54
States potentially saying we saw what00:16:57
you did or saying we give up you got00:17:01
us so so yeah mechanically then00:17:06
we're where do we last know that we have00:17:09
a signal of the ship appearing where was00:17:12
the precise location where it went dark00:17:16
so and I think this will help for the00:17:18
audience as well because you know going00:17:20
back we it was very we had no idea00:17:22
exactly where this plane disappeared or00:17:24
what happened to it the plane was flying00:17:26
to the Northeast from qual andur to00:17:28
Beijing for about 40 minutes and then it00:17:31
goes dark in a weak point uh between00:17:33
radar systems or country's Radars in the00:17:36
South China Sea and then it's being00:17:38
tracked by military radar turning around00:17:41
going back towards panang airport again00:17:43
the closest airport that you would go to00:17:44
an emergency situation by Malaysian00:17:47
military radar then it takes another00:17:50
turn after panang it doesn't land in00:17:51
panang for whatever reason we've00:17:54
speculated a fire event uh happened on00:17:56
this plane related to 487 pounds of00:17:58
lithium ion batteries very dangerous00:18:00
cargo to have in the forward cargo bay00:18:02
right next to the electronics Bay uh and00:18:05
it then for whatever reason it doesn't00:18:06
land there it turns and goes into the00:18:08
Strait of malaka now it deviates its00:18:10
direction a little bit heads towards the00:18:11
nicobar islands now the official or the00:18:15
news reports the next day or the same00:18:18
morning when the plane disappeared said00:18:19
that this plane lost contact with subang00:18:22
air traffic control at 1840 UTC they00:18:25
later changed this to say that the00:18:26
military was tracking it until about 8500:18:29
or 1815 or 1822 UTC um not quite at the00:18:33
location where they then later argued00:18:36
that the plane turned in the South00:18:37
Indian Ocean now interestingly enough at00:18:40
1840 UTC this is the time in the nicobar00:18:43
islands where they claimed this plane00:18:45
made a sharp turn in the South Indian00:18:47
Ocean and then just flew for like five00:18:49
hours straight until it supposedly00:18:51
crashed down there somewhere this is00:18:53
also the location of nicobar islands00:18:55
around 1840 UTC that we've pinpointed00:18:57
the location of the h370 videos00:19:00
happening and there's even a witness00:19:02
there named Katherine T who saw a00:19:04
glowing orange plane at low altitude00:19:06
descending with smoke coming out of the00:19:08
back of it and we were able to determine00:19:10
from this that the glowing orange uh00:19:13
plane was because of uh bromine which is00:19:16
a hallogen gas from a chemical reaction00:19:18
of the hon 1301 fire extinguishing00:19:21
devices that would have been permeating00:19:23
throughout the plane putting out the the00:19:25
fire in the cargo bay for a little bit00:19:27
over an hour this is also corroborated00:19:29
by a Chinese only Mayday call that was00:19:32
intercepted from the Tha Thailand00:19:35
Embassy that was supposedly from MH37000:19:38
of the plane disintegrating and an00:19:40
attempting emergency landing so we have00:19:43
corroboration from a Mayday call that00:19:44
was only reported by China we have a00:19:46
witness who was in a boat who saw the00:19:49
plane in the location where the plane00:19:50
supposedly turned in the South Indian00:19:51
Ocean and we have two videos also00:19:54
corroborating the same00:19:55
event so that precise location again is00:19:58
is where all of these things converge is00:20:01
over the nicobar islands and the way we00:20:03
know this is there's actually00:20:05
coordinates in the MH370 satellite video00:20:08
in the bottom left you can see that it00:20:10
says00:20:11
n22 which is the first national00:20:13
reconnaissance office launch of the cers00:20:16
system in 2006 the coordinates change00:20:19
when the perspective of the video00:20:21
changes and this tells us a couple00:20:23
things it tells us that we're not00:20:24
looking directly through a satellite00:20:26
because if we're looking through a00:20:27
satellite and the satellite's moving00:20:28
those coordinates would be moving in00:20:29
real time as well but they only move00:20:31
when the person moves the video screen00:20:33
around now this is going to be00:20:34
consistent with if you were using like00:20:35
some type of Google Maps Google Earth00:20:37
type situation we were able to map that00:20:39
out and graph it out and I initially had00:20:42
assumed that maybe there was a minus00:20:43
sign in front of it in which case it00:20:45
would have put it in the South Indian00:20:46
Ocean but when we grafted it out we00:20:49
found that if it was in the South Indian00:20:50
Ocean the plane would have been going00:20:51
north into the East and that was00:20:53
impossible because in both videos the00:20:55
plane is turning left and if you're00:20:56
going north into the East you'd be00:20:58
turning right right so we able to00:21:00
determine that this coordinates the00:21:01
plane must be moving flying south into00:21:03
the east in the videos and the location00:21:05
