declare war against this aggressive foe00:02:08

Starfleet began to patrol the systems00:02:13
they felt most vulnerable on the borders00:02:16

while having stepped up their00:02:22
construction of Starships they simply00:02:24
did not have enough vessels in the fleet00:02:26

to combat this disadvantage Starfleet00:02:32
command began pulling vessels out of00:02:34
mothballs giving them a quick refit and00:02:37
update and sending them off to the front00:02:39

though this did slow the Romulan Advance00:02:44

losing vessels faster than they could00:02:50
replace them00:02:53
bolster their lines other races such as00:02:55
the andorians and tellerites would send00:02:58
