25th Anniversary Lamborghini Countach: INSANE SOUND + Gallardo 25º Anniversario (1988-1990) Versione finale della gloriosa Countach, dedicata ai 25 anni della Lamborghini, vanta numerosi miglioramenti, furono infatti cambiati circa 3000 degli 8000 pezzi che compongono l'auto. Gran parte delle innovazioni estetiche derivarono dal prototipo Countach Evoluzione del 1986, la prima supercar al mondo realizzata in Fibra di Carbonio. L'air box e le prese d'aria erano stati ridisegnati e ingranditi e furono montate delle minigonne, la geometria delle sospensioni fu modificata. La migliore aerodinamica permetteva una velocità massima di 300 km/h. Questa fu l'ultima versione realizzata della Countach che rimase in produzione fino al 1990 quando venne sostituita dalla Diablo. The rear "air boxes" were restyled and enlarged, while the vents behind them were changed so that they ran front to back instead of side to side. In addition, a new air dam and side skirting, both with air intakes, were fitted, and the taillights were restyled to be narrower, with body-colored panels replacing the upper and lower parts of the previous large taillights. The styling changes were unpopular with many, particularly since the intakes had strakes in them that appeared to mimic those on the Ferrari Testarossa, but they improved the engine's cooling, a problem the Countach had always struggled with. It also featured 345/35R15 tires; the widest tires available on a production car at the time.
