Отправляю к фаршу полученную смесь из планировочных сухарей и специй, все перемешиваю. Если фарш кажется Вам слишком сухой, то рекомендую добавить воды или сливок. Когда появилась однородная текстура я начну формировать тефтели, для того чтобы соус для тефтелей получился густой, я добавляю на поверхность где буду формировать тефтели немного муки. По этому рецепту получается 20 штук, весом 45-50 грамм. После того как тефтели сформирована, я обволакиваю ее в муке. На подсолнечном масле обжариваю тефтели до красивого золотистого цвета. Как приготовить томатный соус для тефтелей: Натру морковь и лук на средней терке и нарежу мелко лук, чеснок я натер на мелкой терке. На сковороде обжариваю лук и морковь и через 2-3 минуты добавляю чеснок, обжариваю его 30 секунд. Когда вы почувствуете аромат чеснока, самое время добавить все специи: орегано, базилик, я также отправил на сковороду свою любимую специю- сушенный сладкий перец. После того как все специи открылись, я добавлю томатную пасту, обжарю ее и натертый помидор. Заливаю томатный соус горячей водой, примерно 150-200 мл. Соединяем тефтели и соус: Поджаренный тефтели отправляю в стеклянный, огнеупорный противень, заливаю томатной подливой и отправляю в духовку на температуру 200 градусов, примерно на 30 минут.
