Я заточил простой кухонный нож. Считай напильником, до бритья и он повторил разные фокусы, что, как многие думают, могут сделать только "супер ножи", особые стали и заточка на особых камнях. Рекомендую сделать следующие выводы из этого, наглядного примера: 1) В ноже главное геометрия. У тонкого кухонного ножа она изначально позволяет такое сделать. Нож просто должен быть острым, его сведение тонким и угол заточки маленьким. А реально ломовитый нож, как ни точи, такого не будет... Даже, если его заточить до строгания волоса. 2) Камень, как на видео, не стоит использовать для заточки. Я это сделал чисто для демонстрации умения и наглядности. Что даже так можно и дело не в камнях и ножах, сложных приспособлениях. 3)Помните, что все камни делятся на обдирочники, заточные и доводочные. Если вы начали с формирования кромки довольно грубым камнем, но полностью не проточили, не набрали остроту хотя бы до уверенного реза бумаги всей кромкой.
