house style and we are building on a 3000:00:22
by 30 lot today we're building a much00:00:24
smaller house than my previous build I00:00:26

a four bedroom three bathroom big family00:00:34
house when I had00:00:36
um early access to the Horse Ranch pack00:00:38
and so what I decided to do today was00:00:40
build something a little bit smaller so00:00:42
my sort of plan or idea for this house00:00:45
is that there's either a single Sim or00:00:48
two sims living here with their horse or00:00:51
horses I only envisioned maybe one horse00:00:53
but if you wanted to try and squeeze two00:00:55
horses on here I don't think that would00:00:56
be a problem so yeah really really like00:00:58
this house I did use a referencing from00:01:01
Pinterest which I'll put on screen for00:01:03
you now so as you can see I I definitely00:01:06
used the00:01:08
the shape as the inspiration but then I00:01:11
did my own thing with the color scheme00:01:12
because I went very very dark on the00:01:14
exterior of my previous build so I00:01:16
wanted to do something a little bit00:01:17
lighter and try and test out some of the00:01:19
other swatches that we've received with00:01:21
this pack but yes I'm very very happy00:01:22

two sims this was super super important00:02:03
for me and yeah like I was saying I am00:02:05
really really happy with how it turned00:02:06
out so currently working on the exterior00:02:08
here we do very shortly start on the00:02:10
Landscaping the Landscaping really00:02:12
stumped me with this house because with00:02:15
the world of Chestnut Ridge I feel like00:02:16
you don't have to really necessarily do00:02:18
a whole lot of landscaping for the00:02:21
builds for it to actually fit into the00:02:22
world I don't know if anyone else has00:02:24
sort of discovered this or found this00:02:26
but I did my usual ritual style of where00:02:30
I went a little bit nuts on the00:02:32
landscaping and then off camera I did00:02:33
decide to change things ever so slightly00:02:35
and turn it back a little bit because it00:02:37
was looking a bit too overgrown and00:02:40
unkempt and just I I don't know like not00:02:43
really how I'd envisioned it00:02:46
so I do a couple of things off camera I00:02:48
do a couple of tweaks off camera and00:02:49
then in just a moment we do actually00:02:51
start working on like the little horse00:02:53
stable area which I thought turned out00:02:56
really really nicely I actually used a00:02:58
