Виктор Сухоруков - советский и российский актёр театра и кино, заслуженный артист Российской Федерации (2002), народный артист Российской Федерации (2008). Виктор Сухоруков родился 10 ноября 1951 года в обычной семье в городе Орехово-Зуево Московской области. В 1970 году окончил школу. Прошёл службу в Советской армии. Проработал несколько лет на Орехо-Зуевской ткацкой фабрике . В 1974 году поступил в ГИТИС. В 1978 году Виктор Сухоруков окончил ГИТИС (курс В. П. Остальского, педагог Л. Князева). По окончании ГИТИСа по приглашению Петра Фоменко уехал в Ленинград в Театр комедии имени Н. П. Акимова, где был утверждён на главную роль в спектакле «Добро, ладно, хорошо» по произведениям Василия Белова. кино Виктор Сухоруков до конца 1980-х годов был совершенно не востребован. Новая жизнь актёра началась в 1989 году, когда режиссёр Юрий Мамин пригласил его сняться в комедии-фарсе «Бакенбарды» об обществе пушкинистов. Фильм оказался успешным, и актёром заинтересовался молодой режиссёр Алексей Балабанов. Он предложил Сухорукову сняться в его ленте «Счастливые дни» по мотивам произведений Самюэля Беккета, и актёр согласился. В 1997 году на экраны вышел культовый фильм Алексея Балабанова «Брат», и к Сухорукову, которому на тот момент было уже далеко за 40, пришла всероссийская известность. Но настоящую народную любовь актеру принесла картина «Брат 2». Сухоруков продолжал работать в театре и кино и становился все популярнее.
