Пункт лекции №3: Собственность- право владеть, пользоваться , распоряжаться имуществом. Пункт лекции №4: Этот пункт в лекции не раскрыт. II Часть ГК. Пункт лекции №5: Договоры делятся на два типа: 1. Безвозмездные ( дарение). 2. Возмездные (купля-продажа, перевозка). Рефлексия: Лекционное занятие проводилось в форме диалога с визуализацией от руки на доске (изображались важные опорные сигналы). После обсуждения блока студенты могли активно задавать свои вопросы лектору и коллективно в них разобраться, так же выражали свою точку зрения и обосновывали её. После завершения изучения лекционного материала была проведена практическая часть в форме тренинга. Такой формат проведения лекционных занятий помогает лучше усвоить материал и научиться самостоятельно применять полученные знания на практике. Занятие проходило в форме диалога с аудиторией.
