We all know the stereotype of Swedish people being the most beautiful people on earth, we picture tall blonde athletic people. Now its a big diverse country, HOWEVER I will say the stereotype lives up. After staying up late one night binging YouTube documentary's I was watching one about obesity around the world and noticed that as obesity spread, it seemed to impact sweden less...which got me thinking. Amongst our more sedentary lives and constant fast food commercials, how has Sweden citizens managed to stay lean athletic and healthy? I've noticed a few difference between sweden and North America, and here's what I think is causing this. Enjoy!
