The right time to "take profits" on your Bitcoin is never. In fact, the phrase doesn't even make sense: Taking profits= converting the best money that the world has ever seen into a melting ice cube that you then need to immediately reinvest somewhere (and hope you don't make a mistake and lose it all or get rugged) in order to preserve its rapidly dissipating purchasing power. In my opinion, the best time to sell your fiat currencies or other assets for Bitcoin was yesterday. The second best time is today. If you wait too long, even your trading profits could end up trapped on an exchange or in a fiat bank. In that case, you won't have access to your weak money or to Bitcoin either.
