Dark and moody, this is the perfect house for studious Sims who enjoy indulging in reading, writing and the arts. This three level home includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a whole level dedicated to skill building! If you have a Sims with a Renaissance aspiration, a bookworm, a writer or an artist, then this may be their new dream home.
