Link to sketches http://kolotushkin.com/article.php?id=25 How to flash Arduino Pro Micro https://youtu.be/CUXKiH2TrDA Useful programs: Arduino IDE for beginners https://youtu.be/V69K_tCfA58 Arduino UnoArduSim Simulator https://youtu.be/qJUYlKSfdr8 This is a resistive keyboard with 30 buttons, for one such button, you can program some action, or even a sequence of several actions. In this video I’ll show you how to make it, and I’ll show how to program several functions on the first row of buttons. For the project I use: The Arduino ProMicro board, based on the ATmega32U4 microcontroller, a 9 by 15 centimeter getinax prototype board, 30 buttons, 5 resistances at 22 kilo-ohms, 5 resistances at 1 kilo ohm, 25 resistances at 600 ohms, some wires, and you need a box that will serve as a housing for keyboards. The circuit has: a common plus, a common minus, and 5 lines for collecting the signal from the buttons, they will connect to the contacts of the Arduino A3, A2, A1, A0, and A10 boards. Thus, a voltage divider was obtained, and when power is applied, each of the points between the resistances will have its own voltage, which will be transmitted to the analog input of the arduines when the buttons are pressed. The 7 solid wires with which I connected the keyboard to the Arduino board provide tangible resistance. Therefore, I recommend that you use soft stranded wires, so as not to create unnecessary loads on the USB connector of the board. Since resistances may have an error, your values may differ from mine. It's not scary, just when programming the buttons, I use my values, and you use yours. On the first 2 buttons, we program the functions for quick login to your account. This is useful for those who are tired of constantly entering a username and password, and by nature of activity this has to be done often. To emulate the keyboard you will need the library "Keyboard.h". Arduino does not understand the Cyrillic alphabet, but there is a simple way out of this situation! Turn on the English keyboard layout and type in the phrase “Hello world!” as if we were printing it in Russian. If you look at the keyboard, you can see that “G” is “P”, “h” is “p”, “b” is “and”, and so on. The exclamation mark will remain, because it is that with the Russian, that with the English layout is displayed the same way. With Arduino, you can create chains of keystrokes of various key combinations for any program. If the delay is not set after the TAB key, this command will not be executed. This happens when the computer, or the program itself in which these actions take place, simply does not have time to process the command, and with the set delay everything works fine. Since 1023 is the maximum value, we will indicate 1013 in the first comparison and delete the second comparison and delete the extra bracket. When I formed the commands for Adobe Photoshop, I was faced with the fact that the program did not have time to process the TAB command, and after the TAB command I had to add a delay. In Paint there is no such problem, but Paint does not have time to process the Alt command, so you have to set a delay after it, 100 milliseconds will be enough. And a bonus for the scheme, for beginners. It is not necessary to put exactly such resistances in the circuit. For example, instead of 22 k, any from 20 to 24 kilo-ohms came up, instead of 1 to any from 0.6 to 1.2 kilo-ohms, and instead of 600 Ohms, resistance from 500 to 700 ohms would do. Same thing with buttons. I connected 6 buttons to 1 analog input, this is not the limit. Up to 20 buttons can be safely connected to one analog input, the main thing is that this resistance chain in total is about 3 kilo-ohms. That is, when connecting for example 20 buttons, each of the resistances of the connecting buttons should have a nominal value of about 150 ohms. The main thing is to correctly assemble the circuit itself, and the nominal resistance will only affect the value that the button gives out. #arduinoprojects #arduinopromicro #arduino
