Сахарная пудра Растительное масло для жарки 1. В очень горячую воду добавить соль и перемешать. 2. Вылить горячую воду в муку и замесить тесто сначала ложкой, а потом, когда масса остынет, руками. Вымесить тесто 2-3 минуты. Накрыть миской и дать тесту отдохнуть 10-20 минут. 3. Разделить тесто на 6 равных частей, округлить каждую часть в шарик. Чтобы шарики не заветривались, накрыть их миской. 4. Раскатать каждый шарик в круглую лепешку. Обжарить на растительном масле до румяности с каждой стороны. Выложить на бумажное полотенце, чтобы впитался лишний жир. 5.
