«Сердечная» история со вкусом Wavel приготовленных на старинной, чугунной, немецкой вафельнице. Элла Петровна расскажет о том, как приготовить вафли на большую семью? Как раньше ходили за огнем? Почему готовить вафли нужно на летней кухне и минимум из 2х литров молока? И что делать, если такой вафельницы у вас нет? Простой рецепт вафель из расчета на 1 литр молока: Молоко – 1 литр. Яйцо – 3 шт. Мука – 650 гр. Сахар – 150 гр. Сода – 0,5 чайной ложки. Соль – 1 гр. Масло\жир – для смазывания вафельницы. Процесс приготовления: • Молоко разогреть. В него добавить яйца и сахар. Хорошо размешать. • Просеять муку, добавить в нее соду и постепенно добавляя в молоко размешивать венчиком. Должно получиться тесто, чуть гуще чем на блины. • Хорошо разогреть вафельницу с 2х сторон. • Обильно смазать вафельницу жиром или маслом (перед каждым следующим выпеканием). Налить в центр вафельницы тесто, закрыть ее. • Выпекать вафли до золотистого цвета. Если вы хотите получить мягкие вафли - накройте выпеченные вафли полотенцем и положите друг на друга (еще теплыми). Если же хотите хрустящие вафли, дайте вафлям остыть на полотенце в максимально открытом пространстве, и не на тарелке, чтобы вафли «не вспотели». Домашние вафли подавать с вареньем, сметаной, сгущённым молоком. Очень вкусно получится, если посыпать вафли сахарной пудрой и корицей.
