Как давно вы занимаетесь, сколько уже лет? Я занимаюсь практически всю жизнь, с детства. В детстве собирались девушки, мальчики, друг перед другом показывали что умеем, самодельные гантели, самодельные железки поднимали, перекладины сами делали -- два столба поставим, трубу, подтягиваемся, завоевываем сердца девушек. И так это укоренилось, вошло в жизнь. Затем военное училище, служба, академия, но все время в спорте. Выступал на первенстве военного московского округа. Первый раз выступил по военному многоборью, а был подготовлен всесторонне, и сразу стал кандидатом в мастера спорта по офицерскому многоборью. И за столько лет не надоело заниматься спортом, не захотелось бросить? Нет, наоборот, это у меня уже жизнь сама, я без физической зарядки себя не мыслю. Прихожу сюда, спокойно позанимался, часа 2 -3. В программе у меня было так, 10 -- 12 километров у меня пробежка, затем час гимнастики, до 140 раз подъем переворотом делал постоянно, затем 3 километра еще проплывал, ко дню рождения всегда себя экзаменовал.
