Проводим аудит системы отопления. Систему монтировал сантехник, без каких либо расчетов и понятий о балансировке, да еще и котельную обвязывать отказался. Радиаторы подбирали по красоте и ширине окон. Какие недостатки выявили: - Недостаточная мощность отопительных приборов в гостиной и ванной, теплопотери покрыты лишь на половину. (в помещениях будет холодно) - Теплые полы реализованы локально, по средствам мультибоксов РТЛ, их около 10ти и потраченных средств хватило бы на полноценную низкотемпературную сеть, что дало бы более широкие возможности при эксплуатации и упростило балансировку. -Из-за отсутствия балансировки СО часть приборов начинает работу только после разогрева других. При нагрузке (в холода) они будут работать не эффективно, лишь частично покрывая теплопотери помещения. - Теплый пол отсутствует в гостиной и некоторых других помещениях, что снижает комфорт эксплуатации (без тапок ходить не возможно) - Контур рециркуляции пролегает через 3 сушителя (без байпасов) в которых имеется запорная арматура. Перекрыв один- мы блокируем работу остальных и рециркуляции в целом. -Отсутствует термостатическая арматура внутрипольных конвекторов. Помещения комбинированными теплыми полами (и некоторые другие) при определенных условиях будут перегреваться. - Большой перерасход материала, практически всюду 32я ППР труба, будь то радиатор или контур ТП. Сумма перерасходованного материала с лихвой покрыла бы проектные работы.... -Многое другое...... (мы не проверяли системы ГВС и ХВС, скорее всего там так-же будут вопросы) Есть еще большой подвал и гараж, их запускать не стали, т.к. на этажах и без этого с балансировкой большие проблемы.
