На этом видео я ремонтирую кнопку шуруповерта. Через 3 года эксплуатации шуруповерт стал странно реагировать на нажатие курка. В некоторых положениях кнопки обороты патрона менялись или были нестабильны. Так как была определена явная связь поломки с кнопкой, было принято решение попробовать ее починить. Покупать новую очень не хотелось, так как она продается сразу с блоком электроники, а ее стоимость начинается от 3000. После вскрытия блока кнопки нашлась и причина такого поведения инструмента. Изрядно истерлась одна из дорожек на плате внутри блока. Лечится эта болезнь легко при помощи графитового токопроводящего лака. Обезжириваем старую поверхность, потом ее аккуратно зачищаем (ни в коем случае случайно не сотрите контакты). После опять обезжириваем и при аккуратно распределяем капельку лака на нужной нам поверхности. Высушиваем и снова капаем лак.
