Команда редакции посетила завод КЛААС в Краснодаре. Ключевой продукцией предприятия с высоким уровнем локализации является зерноуборочный комбайн серии TUCANO. В рамках полного производственного цикла и в соответствии с производственной программой все оборудование загружается на потребность выпуска 7 комбайнов в день или около 2000 машин в год. Для зерноуборочных машин уровень локализации составляет около 80 %. Предприятие самостоятельно освоило производство передних и задних мостов, корпуса молотильно-сепарирующего устройства, системы остаточной сепарации и системы очистки, клавиш соломотряса, молотильного барабана, ускорительного и отбойного битера, бункера, кабины и так далее. На текущий момент программа локализации техники выполнена практически полностью, остался последний и крайне важный этап — установка на машины двигателя российского производства. Данный проект реализуется и находится на завершающей стадии. К 2023 году данная задача будет решена при поддержке крупнейшего отечественного автомобилестроительного концерна «КАМАЗ» и его подразделений, изготавливающих моторы для сельхозтехники. Отметим, что на следующий производственный год запланировано дальнейшее наращивание объемов выпуска зерноуборочных комбайнов на 34 % благодаря устойчивому спросу на внутреннем и внешних рынках.
