В ходе реализации программы реконструкции федеральных магистралей, ПСК Сигма-Ф было поручено восстановление трехпролетного стометрового шестиполосного путепровода над трассой М2. Работы осуществлялись при частичном ограничении движения не более чем на двух полосах автодороги, что позволило избежать образования пробок при плотном трафике Московской области. Необходимость выполнения работ обусловлена выявлением повреждений конструкций, влияющих на безопасность дорожного движения. Коррозия арматуры, сквозные трещины и разрушение бетона существенно снизили несущую способность путепровода. Для усиления пролетных строений была применена система внешнего армирования на основе композитных материалов WallWrap отечественного производства. В систему входит эпоксидное связующее с уникальными показателями пропитываемости и начальной липкости, которое наносят на углеродную ленту и зачищенную бетонную поверхность усиливаемых конструкций. Отдельные участки путепровода существенно пострадали от атмосферных осадков и воздействий противогололедных реагентов и потребовали серьезного ремонта. К нижней грани отремонтированных балок пролетных строений прикатывают композитный материал WallWrap, компенсирующий скорродировавшую арматуру. Устраиваемые хомуты служат для исключения отслаивания внешнего армирования, а так же сдерживания наклонных трещин в приопорных зонах. Регулярно осуществляемый контроль качества выполненных работ подтверждает полную совместность работы элементов усиления с восстанавливаемой конструкцией и высокое качество ремонта бетона. Строительные работы по ремонту бетона и монтажу композитных материалов осуществлялись в круглосуточном режиме и обеспечили полное соответствие путепровода действующим нормам.
