Интересные факты: -Несмотря на значительную площадь дома, котел 35 кВт с запасом покрывает теплопотери, т.к. здание очень хорошо утеплено (150мм каменной ваты на стенах, 150мм полистирол на подвальной части, 200 мм полистирол в кровле) Окна также имеют минимально возможный коэффициент теплопроводности и как результат удельные теплопотери составляют всего 54 вт/м2 (и это с учетом повышенного воздухообмена в мастерских) -Изначально были подобраны радиаторы Белорусского производителя, но к моменту их поставки на объект, с ними возникли сложности и пришлось переориентироваться на Чешского производителя. Как результат- более качественные но и более дорогие приборы. Так же, желание (ну или необходимость) обустроить дополнительные греющие полы привели к удорожанию сметы, которая изначально была ограниченной, и дабы не выходить за ее рамки пришлось ограничиваться более дешевыми насосами, фильтрами, типом присоединения радиаторов (изначально предполагалась хромированная медная трубка) ну и так далее.. -Одновременно на объекте трудилось несколько бригад. Электрика, охрана, фасад, газ, лестница, стяжки.. и т.д. (и это все разные люди). Это конечно вносило большие неудобства, приходилось всем договариваться, ждать своей очереди чтоб освободили помещение и прочее. Всему виной сроки которые диктует погода. До наступления морозов необходимо все закончить. А буквально месяц назад там еще не было окон... Мы объект закончили на несколько дней раньше установленного срока, а вот газа нет до сих пор... и точно не ясно когда будет. -За счет применения гидравлической развязки по принципу "первично-вторичных колец" и продуманной прокладки трасс котельная получилась очень компактной, хватило бы и четверти отведенной площади.
