5.6リッター、V12エンジン。 M社のインディヴィジュアルプログラムによる唯一無二のカラーリング。 BMW 850CSI(E31)のご紹介になります。 1994年式なので、850CSIとしては初期型モデルとのことです。 BMWとしては珍しいリトラクタブルヘッドライトが取り入れられております。 以下、BMWに精通しており、コレクターのオーナーさんからの車両コメントになります。 BMWは当時、フェラーリに対抗するためのスーパースポーツバージョンとして、M8の開発プロジェクトを進めた。S70/1型エンジンは550馬力を発生し、車重は1492kgと軽量化され、BMW M8は完成したといわれている。 結果的にはM8は市販されなかったが、BMW M社が開発した最初で最後のV12エンジンは受け継がれている。 S70/2型、S70/3型エンジンは強い要請を受けてマクラーレンF1のエンジンとして使用された。 そしてS70型エンジンは、850CSIに搭載されて市販されることとなった。ベースとなったS70/1型よりはデチューンされているものの、M70、V12を搭載した850iに比べて81馬力もパワーが大きい。 何よりも、M社製V12エンジンを、M8用のエクステリアと共に、Mの生産ラインで生み出されたモデルである。 この850CSIはモデルヒストリーだけが全てではない。 当該車両の内外装はBMW M社が提供するインディヴィジュアルプログラムによって作り上げられている。 今でこそメジャーになったインディヴィジュアルだが、当時はシステム化されておらず、M社と個人が相談しながら、作り上げていくような形だったと言われている。 ドイツでは新車から15年間、ガレージ保管のワンオーナー、2008年に日本に並行輸入された。 ヘッドライトHID化、スーパースプリントマフラー装着、ステアリング交換、国内で内装＆トリム一部張替等を行った。 ･･･ オーナーさんは、他にも複数のBMWを所有されております。 それぞれ、均一にコンディション維持されていることから、お車一台あたりの年間の走行距離はかなり少なめとなっております。 およそ年間200km程度とのことです。 エンジンは定期的に始動させており、月一回程度は走らせていると仰っておられました。 バッテリーをケーブルに繋いでいる状態での保管です。 所有されているお車、全て程度の良い物を購入されているため、オーナーさんが購入後 に故障はないとのことです。 普段はガレージ保管であります。 今回、車庫整理の為に掲載に至りました。 詳細はエンスーの杜HPにて。 https://enthuno-mori.com/bmw/20200709bmw/ 【車名】BMW 850CSI(E31) 【年式】1994年式 【走行】 84,729km 【備考】並行輸入車、6MT 【長さ】 478cm 【巾】 186cm 【高さ】 128cm 【重量】 1970kg 【排気量】 5570cc
