The following terms will have the following meanings:
“UDL Helper”, or “Browser Extension” means small software module for customizing a web browser designed to download video and audio content from web pages to a personal computer.
“You” or “End-User” means the individual owner or user of the personal computer using the Browser Extension for its designated purpose.
“Personal information” means the information that is associated with End-User’s name or personal identity or other information that could reasonably be used to identify You personally such as your e-mail address, mobile number, etc.
“Non-personal information” means data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity information including, but not limited to, information that End-User’s browser sends automatically while using UDL Helper extension.
“Technical information” means anonymized data about errors, played content, versions of used modules, duration and efficiency of performed operations, user device configuration.
“Statistical information” means an overview of download statistics, such as: content characteristics, selected formats, data on interaction with interface elements, metrics on the performance of the extension and its individual modules.
Browser Extension does not collect or use personal data for any purpose. uniDownloader will not sell, rent or lease your personal or any other data obtained as a result of your use of Browser Extension to third parties.
Browser Extension collects and analyzes non-personal information to evaluate visits and how users interact with Browser Extension.
Technical data and information about operating systems can be used by software developers in a form that excludes personal identification of the End-User, in order to improve the quality and stability of Browser Extension and develop its new functions and services, as well as to improve products and introduce new features and technologies.
Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about services usability, performance and effectiveness. End-User’s personal data is not used.
uniDownloader may use, among other things, to inform third parties at its sole discretion, the IP address or other device identifiers, for identifying users, and may use them in cooperation with third parties, such as copyright holders, Internet providers, wireless service providers communications and / or law enforcement agencies, including the disclosure of such information to third parties. Such disclosure may occur without prior notice.
uniDownloader is committed to protecting the information you provide. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, uniDownloader has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information Browser Extension collects.
uniDownloader takes care of children's safety. Due to the fact that the services are not intended for use by certain age groups of users, uniDownloader does not provide services to persons under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years of age and have information that he or she is using Browser Extension, you are fully responsible for the minor to receive any information and for all his actions related to the Browser Extension.
